State of the art Pilates and Yoga instruction.Established in 2006.We opened in 2006 and have changed location 2 times. We are now in the beautiful Water Valley resort which allows us to offer outdoor classes in the summer including SUP yoga, yoga hammocks, tai chi and sunrise beach yoga and pilates.Maila Rider has been teaching Pilates since 2005 and is passionate about teaching others to breath and find ease and love of movement.
