The Garcias have kept their Mexican culinary heritage faithful, without forgetting the recipes and flavors of their towns, Jalisco and Guerrero. In the summer of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, they decided to open their Food Truck, offering a wide range of typical dishes from their region. With their own artisan-made and golden tortillas, and with fresh, top-quality ingredients for each of the products they offer on their menu (tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas …) they started their venture.
