Our Past
A third-generation automotive craftsman, Mark Makeig, and his wife, Lisa, along with her brother, Gilbert Nava, and their parents, Armando and Martha Nava, established Showtime Custom Coach, Inc. in October of 1986. In the early days, Showtime specialized in limousine manufacturing, specialty vehicle construction, automotive furnishings, and vehicle armoring. Over the years, Mark’s dedication to the craft transitioned from custom builds into high-caliber collision repairs for the mountain communities and surrounding Inland Empire. Showtime transformed from a small, one-man operation into the impressive family-owned repair facility that it is today through superior craftsmanship, a commitment to quality, and dedication to today’s technology and training.
Our Present
Since 2010, Mark and Lisa’s son, Tyler, and his wife, Erica, have joined the operation and expanded the facility into an impressive OEM Certified, two-acre collision repair complex just outside the main boulevard in Running Springs, California. As a second generation-led company, we are the true definition of family-owned and operated! It is our priority to make sure that no matter what circumstances bring our customer to us, they leave our facility better than when they arrived in a safe, reliable vehicle—and we take that role very seriously. We continue to work as an authorized Direct Repair Program (DRP) with most major insurance providers and private insurers where necessary. Working on most makes + models within the last 20 years, we have also acquired Manufacturer Certifications for 12 vehicle makes in addition to being an I-CAR Gold Class facility, providing another layer of confidence and assurance that our team is highly-trained and well-equipped to provide OEM-approved repairs and top-notch service.
