I opened my practice in 2004.I grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. After attending the US Naval Academy, I served for 5 years in the US Navy. Upon completion of my service committment, I lived in Boston, MA preparing for dental school. While there, I met my wife Alena when we played on a mixed doubles tennis team. She opened her orthodontic practice in Apex while I was attending dental school in Chapel Hill at UNC. We have two children, Courtney, 7, and Ethan, 4.
