CrossFit DNR owners and brothers, Kody and Kyle, started training athletes in their garage. One athlete led to another, and before they knew it they were training over 50 people. So, they decided to take the leap and open a gym. At CrossFit DNR, we make it our mission to provide the highest level of coaching in a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment that is accommodating to all levels of athletes. We work hard to create a culture of community for everyone that works out here. In addition to your typical training session, we offer Olympic lifting, and we even have a program dedicated to helping teach kids about fitness. My favorite aspect of CrossFit training is Gymnastics with Olympic Lifting taking a close second. Through my experiences with other gyms I have found that CrossFit is the best way to keep clients motivated to workout. You don’t feel like you are “grinding” it out in the gym everyday, and as a trainer that makes everything fall into place a little easier.
