Established in 2012.Pinot’s Palette Fort Collins was established in 2012 by Kim and Tony Curtis. Pinot’s is a franchised business based out of Houston Texas. Knowing that Fort Collins needs a new and exciting entertainment venue, Kim and Tony are very excited to be part of the Downtown Fort Collins culture.
