VISITING THE CLUB
Lost Tree Club is a family-friendly and guest-friendly environment. Guests enjoy the same privileges of the host member. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a member, or when presenting a guest card from the Membership Director. To ensure your special guests are able to enjoy all the amenities at the Club, it is requested that they adhere to the following guidelines.
Guest Cards
Guest cards are encouraged whenever you have guests that you cannot personally accompany at the Club. Please contact Sheri Herb, Membership Director, at (561) 626-2003 to obtain guest cards for your family and friends.
Lost Tree Club Traditions
Members are responsible for ensuring their families and guests observe our traditions below:
Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
While on Club grounds, cell phones, iPads, tablets and laptops are required to be on silent or vibrate at ALL times. The only places cell phones may be used for oral communications are in the designated Club phone rooms or inside parked vehicles. The Clubhouse, Beach House, and Spa & Fitness Center have complimentary wireless access for your convenience.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within any buildings of the Club, or in any covered dining areas.
Pets
No pets are permitted in any Club property, including the golf course and practice facility.
Practice Range Safety
For everyone’s safety, it is strictly prohibited to hit practice shots that land on the practice tee at the opposite end of the range.
Fitness Card Swipe Access
Guests and children are welcome at the Spa & Fitness during regular business hours of operation. Key FOB access is for the member’s use only, to whom it was issued.
Dress Code
The Lost Tree Club dress code is reflective of important traditions of the Club. Denim blue jeans are inappropriate within all Lost Tree Club property.
Dining
Clubhouse Grill Room – Casual attire at lunch and dinner.
Club Functions – The proper attire for all Club functions held in our banquet rooms will be specified in the announcement of each event.
Beach House Dining – Bermuda type shorts, sports attire, and casual attire are allowed. Swimsuit cover-ups and flip-flop type shoes are allowed and must be worn in the dining areas.
Pool and Beach – Appropriate attire, including apparel manufactured for swimming must be worn. Cut-off jeans, thongs, or apparel with boxer shorts showing are not appropriate attire.
Tennis
Players must be fully attired in all white tennis clothing. Shirts with slogans are not permitted. All men’s and boy’s shirts much have collars. Regulation footwear must be worn at all times.
Golf
Proper golf attire is required in the Golf Shop and on the Golf Course and Practice Range. Short shorts are not appropriate attire. Men and boys should wear collared shirts that are tucked in.
Parents are asked to encourage their children and young adults to observe this tradition.
The Golf Staff has the authority to inform members and their guests of any infraction of the Dress Code Policy. If the member or guest refuses to comply, the incident shall be reported to the Golf Committee.
Spa & Fitness Center
Appropriate athletic wear and footwear are required at all times in the Fitness Center. Short shorts are not appropriate attire.
For Pilates & Gyrotonic sessions, close-fitting clothing is recommended. For Pilates, knee length shorts or pants and socks with grippers on the sole are recommended.
