The course is located on Main Post, about one mile from I-185, and is a full-service facility open to the public. We offer affordable packages, including an annual pass. Tee times are recommended. The course is open to the public and easily accessible. Gate passes are available for members who do not have traditional military access.

Fort Benning Golf Course is a Military, 18 hole golf course located in Fort Benning, GeorgiaThe Fort Benning Golf Course is steeped in both Golf and Military history. The first 9-hole course was opened for play in 1923. A second 9 was added in the 1930’s. The 3rd 9-hole course was built in 1950 and a 4th 9 was added in 1960. Robert Trent Jones, Sr. did design work on the course in 1950 and Lester Lawrence did design work in 1960.

These four 9-hole courses made two 18-hole courses named The Lakeside Course and The Pineside Course,

Today, Fort Benning Golf Course is a 27 hole golf facility made up the old front nine of Pineside and the front nine of Lakeside and a new nine built in 2006. The 27 holes, three 9-hole courses are named after famous generals who served and played golf at Fort Benning. The courses are The Bradley Course, The Marshall Course and The Patton Course.

Second place in the 1933 Club Championship went to Major Omar Bradley.
