Graham Cooke, an internationally renowned golf course architect, has succeeded in creating courses entirely sown in Bent Grass, which are distinguished by a balanced mix of modern and traditional requirements. Arizona is typical of the Arizona desert, each hole requiring precision shots (target golf). The Carolina is distinguished by its traditional style and its 18 holes offering strategic challenges. Whether you choose one or the other of these two routes, you will have a unique experience.
Carolina
The “Carolina” course will seduce you from your first impulse by the exceptional quality of the aisles. It is a wooded course, which immerses you in an atmosphere of golf and floral arrangements with exceptional colors.
In addition to the challenge that the course offers you, you will find at the 12th hole a picturesque view with flowers as far as the eye can see. The number 14 is a jewel with its recently fitted waterfall, without forgetting the challenge represented by the islet, par 3 of hole no 17.
With a total length of 6,805 yards and a normal of 72, it was designed with separate tees (up to 4 per hole), raised by 5 to 8 feet, to take into account all sizes of golfers. The greens, also raised, are protected by sand pits and surrounded by mounds. The alleys are dotted with small hatches of sand and mounds to make the challenge of the game even more interesting. Placed at strategic locations, six (6) lakes of various sizes enhance and also increase the level of difficulty of this wonderful course.
Arizona
The “Arizona” course represents an excellent challenge for golfers, including the most experienced. With its exceptional design, it stands out from all the golf courses you have visited. You will be charmed by the beauty of this route, representing the typical landscape of the Arizona desert with thousands of grasses.
With a total length of 6,384 yards and a par of 71, this course represents a completely different challenge for golfers. The first of its kind in Quebec, it offers an original course, some holes of which resemble those of golf courses in Arizona.
Some alleys are surrounded by natural pits (waste bunkers) and seven (7) lakes completely in play. The greens are protected by mounds and white sand pits. The greens and tees are also raised 5 to 8 feet.
