Mountain View is a mature, 18-hole championship golf course which was opened in 1958. Mt. View is open year round, seven days a week, weather permitting. The course measures 6117 yards from the regular tees and 6682 yards from the back tees with a par of 72. Mt. View is characterized by its natural terrain of rolling hills and valleys. The course is ideal for players of all abilities. Mt. View has a 10-stall driving range with netting that allows golfers to work on their game or warm up before each round. Since its grand opening on June 20, 2007, Mountain View’s new clubhouse has been solidly booked with golf outings, corporate luncheons, weddings and private parties. The 9,000 square-foot clubhouse and pro shop were completed in 2007 after about 10 months of construction and replaced the course’s original clubhouse that was nearly 50 years old. The new clubhouse at Mercer County’s Mountain View Golf Course has been recognized as one of the top clubhouses nationally by Golf Inc. magazine. The recognition by Golf Inc., the leading monthly golf magazine for golf course developers, owners, operators, and management company executives, puts Mountain View on par with 15 of the most prestigious and beautiful clubhouse facilities in the world. Mountain View was one of four runner-ups nationwide for the 2007 “Clubhouse of the Year” competition, which featured winners from golf-rich states such as Arizona and Florida.

Fun layout to play with a lot of elevation change and plenty of trouble if you miss the green. Course is in awesome shape for what you pay.

some tee boxes were under repair and others need to be repaired, and the rough was too high like it always is, but the greens were in amazing shape as always. Love playing my hometown course
