The Ocean Club Golf Course at IRP is owned and operated by the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina located at the entrance to IRP. It’s an 18-hole ‘Executive’ styled golf course, par 61. The front nine holes were redone three years ago and the back nine were just redone in 2014-2015.
The course is well-designed and has twelve par 3’s, five par 4’s and one par 5. With the prevailing ocean breezes, the course can be quite challenging and fun for players at all skill levels.
Joe Ryan is the resident golf pro and club director and he can be contacted at the Pro Shop at 772-225-6819 to arrange tee times and lessons. The Pro Shop is open daily from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
