The Cardinal by Pete Dye

Not valid with any other offer!

With a reputation as a formidable test, The Cardinal offers some of the most rewarding play in Greensboro. Its modern, 140-acre layout designed by Pete Dye is a par-70 that meanders along a countryside stream, over two lakes and through wooded glades. A number of holes feature Dye’s signature railroad ties including number 12, as he called it after the restoration, “the hardest par three I ever designed.”

Originally known as Cardinal Golf and Country Club, the course was restored to its original layout and lengthened in 2006 when brought under McConnell Golf ownership. In February 2019, McConnell Golf announced the club’s transition to semi-private
