You’re looking at a live shot from WATE-TV’s weather camera of the first hole on our Dorchester Course. As picturesque as this scene may be, a camera lens can’t capture all the beauty there is to see here, much less the excitement of teeing off with friends surrounded by such natural splendor. By today’s standards the course is not long, but the bent grass greens, narrow tree-lined fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and water on 6 of the 18 golf holes makes Dorchester Golf Club a challenge for even the most skilled golfer. Dorchester Golf Club is open to members, Fairfield Glade guests, and the general public with some restrictions. Seeing is believing, but playing Dorchester is a golfer’s dream.
