Scotty Holland is a Class A member of the PGA of Canada with over 26 years of teaching experience. Working with students of all ages and abilities from those just beginning the game to top competitive amateurs, Scotty has been awarded PGA Teacher of the Year for Alberta as well as being nominated as one of the Top 100 Teachers by Golf Magazine. Scotty likes to build a game that suits the specific needs of each student. He takes into account the student’s athletic ability, physiology, age and dedication. Scotty believes that each student requires a unique swing that matches their body, and he works with each person to customize a swing that can be repeated consistently and effectively. In 2005, Scotty set a Guinness World Record for playing 221 holes of golf in 12 hours (walking). This record still stands. Dedicated to his community, Scott was also inducted into the Banff Sports Hall of Fame for raising over $350,000 for the local hospital while accomplishing this amazing feat.
