Beauty Bay Golf Course was originally constructed and opened by Al Roulston in 1972. It is nestled in an idyllic setting, on the shores of beautiful Black Sturgeon Lake. The golf course, located about 15 minutes northeast of Kenora, Ontario, has a rolling terrain and numerous water hazards and is sure to provide a challenge for golfers of all levels.
The course changed ownership in 2001 to Cubby Ford and Harry Nederbrock and was transformed from a 9-hole course into one of Northwestern Ontario’s most beautiful 18-hole golf courses and took on a new direction.
In 2009, Cubby and Harry, sold Beauty Bay Golf Course and surrounding lands to the residents of the park from whom Cubby continues to lease and operate the course on an annual basis. In the fall of 2016, the shareholders built a beautiful new clubhouse overlooking the exceptional views of both the course and surrounding lake for all to enjoy.
