Our menu varies with Central American, Mexican, Japanese and American foods.Luis Felipe is a native of Costa Rica, he had the opportunity to move to the great country of US at the age of 14. At the age of 16 he started working at a Japanese steak house in Greenville, NC, started as a dishwasher but his ambition for cooking quickly moved him up to kitchen assistant and shortly after was asked to become a cook. After accepting his offer as a chef/cook, he completed his training and cooked at Japanese steak houses while at the same time he finished his high school and college career. He worked at fine dining steakhouses full time until 2010, he then continued working in the food industry as a manager until August 2018. In 2014 he his dream of having his own business in the food industry began. He started his business plan and finances, worked on it for a few years until it was time to pursue the dream and make it a reality. In July 2018 it was time to begin his journey with a food truck, a unique blend of international foods with something for everyone.
