Nirie Photography specializes in portraits–families, couples, individuals, maternity, children, babies, even your furry friends! With my photo’s, I aim to capture shots that are semi-candid, with a photo journalistic style, and have a natural feel to them. My goal is for you to be able to re-live the moment each time you look at your photo’s!Established in 2011.Starting as a hobby, with photography coursework in her school years, Nicole has been pursuing her interest in photography for over 10 years. After countless photo’s of friends and family, it wasn’t until recent years that she decided to turn her passion into providing professional photo services for the Raleigh area. Being able to capture that special essence within people, and all the special moments that define our lives, Nicole has found her niche in on location, outdoor, portrait photography.Born and raised in VA, Nicole moved to the Raleigh area in 2008. She dreams of one day in the near future, to live in the Seattle area, and call that “home.” In the meantime, Nicole enjoys finding the many hidden treasures Raleigh has. Places you have to do some digging to find, mostly unknown outdoor sanctuaries of solace and solitude, and discovering new small local businesses. She is a small business advocate, and loves supporting them in any way she can. Nicole is a music nerd, and spends her photo editing time rocking out to an eclectic spectrum of music, ranging from Halestorm to Third Eye Blind, and most of anything in between. Except country. When she’s not working, or doing a photo session, she spends time with her family. Going to parks for the little one to run wild, taking random road trips, and trying to experience something new every chance she gets.
