Petite Simone Photography specializes in newborn, children and family photography for Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.Established in 2005.Eve Kakassy was born in North Carolina and studied photography at Savannah College of Art and Design. Along all of Eve’s travels, photography has played a central role in her explorations. She has assisted in various photo workshops ranging from American Photo Magazine in Tahiti, to the Julia Dean Photo Workshops in California. Eve worked under the direction of one of her greatest influences, Henry Diltz, while living in Los Angeles. After moving to New York City she started working for the worldwide photographers cooperative, Magnum Photos, where she acquired experience in exhibitions, print sales, and as an archivist. Eve recently worked on a collection of portraits and archiving the photographs of a private collection for Keith Richards. Moving along, Eve started photographing friends, families, babies, weddings, recitals, parties…it has been a blast. Thanks for checking out Petite Simone Photography!
