Creating Mindful Balance incorporates the art of being, the flow of yoga, and the gift of meditation which brings you to your most powerful state of consciousness.Established in 2014.Creating Mindful Balance started as a small counseling office in Laramie, WY. Earlier this year we decided to move to Fort Collins, hire a few more therapists, and start a yoga studio, too! We opened our yoga studio and counseling office in Fort Collins in September of 2014! And we still have a small office in Laramie WY!I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified Yoga and Meditation instructor at Creating Mindful Balance. I practice Mindful Meditation and Yoga in my daily life. I specialize in the use of Mindful Therapy. I use this approach successfully in individual therapy with all ages including group counseling. My goal is to empower my clients in their individual life paths through a greater awareness, acceptance and understanding of self through learning to be in the present moment. People who practice Mindfulness find that it improves their listening skills, improves reading retention, they are calmer, their anger diffuses and their anxiety reduces. People start to take command of their lives and come to a Mindful state of being.
