Established in 2002.The business was originally called Salon Esse Bella, and was started and opened by Stylist Jennifer D Fields , now “ Jennifer D Bauduin “ in Pinehurst, NC in 2002. The salon was established in the historic theater building in the heart of Pinehurst. Afterward, the business was downsized to a studio in Cary, NC with the official name change, This was a statement that Jennifer Bauduin particularly wanted to do to focus on woman’s hair only. The studio in Cary was not exactly what Jennifer believed ideal, after a move to North Raleigh, she decided on Falls of the Neuse. With this central location just minutes from 540, and close to lots of shopping , and being the heart of Raleigh. Jennifer felt that this was a prime location to open the studio. The Studio, The Powder Room in Raleigh is located at 700 Exposition Place, Raleigh, NC 27615. It is currently inside of Signature Salon Suites. It has been in this location or three years now.Creative Hair Designer, Master Colorist, Brazalian Blow Out Certified, Certified in Makeup Artist, Hair Designer, trained in Beverly Hills, California. Jennifer has been doing hair for 27 years. She opened her first salon in Pinehurst NC, in 2001, and has just relocated the salon in a studio suite in Raleigh in the past two and a half years. The studio is a passion for the artist. Jennifer states “ Hair has always been easy “ it’s a wonderful thing to make a person smile and feel beautiful. I personally love to be able to bring out a person’s inner beauty and be able to customize it with their hair.” Also, it helps me in ways I can’t describe! Lol I am such a extrovert, and I love people. It’s not a job to me! “ When I see a new client “ I see them with different hair.” Now I listen first! Then, with the precise lengths, & colors, and their desired looks are my priority. “ As far as going to work goes, I wouldn’t know how it feels to hate my job. I have loved every second of mine.
