Professionally trained chef and restaurant owner, Amy Tornquist, started the company in 1993 after studying and working in Paris. She and her husband, Jeremy Kerman, run the business together.Amy Tornquist is a professionally trained chef who began her career as a young student studying abroad in Paris. She also worked under the late Bill Neal of Crook's Corner. She was at the heart of the Farm to Table movement here in N.C.
