Twigg & Co. opened it doors in September 2019 in a historic building in Aberdeen, NC. The hard work and talent of our over 90 vendors gained a huge turn out for opening day of our local community.
We are fortunate to live in a community that is filled with talented artists, crafters, makers and small business owners of all kinds. The goal of Twigg & Co. is to provide a place for these talents to sell with a low overhead and full service staff so that they can focus on making. These vendors are not only incredibly talented but the are retirees, teachers, veterans, military spouses and stay at home moms. What makes Twigg & Co. so special is the uniqueness of each vendor we have and the talent they bring to our community.
Owner Molly Twigg, was brought to the area by way of her active duty military spouse, Micheal. After a year searching for the perfect building, she bought what is now Twigg & Co. With help from family, friends and a few contractors they rehabbed the 7500 sq ft, 1928 historical building.
Molly was and still is a vendor herself and approaches the business with a vendor heart. She started out in the business painting furniture and building custom furniture with her husband. As her passion for the business grew, she decided to start her own store. After two years of owning the store, the military had plans for a move as they sometimes do. So she sold her first store in Columbus, GA to head to Fort Bragg area to try it again.
Although Molly and her family will call Moore County, North Carolina their forever home, she understands that it may not be everyone’s and they may have to move from our awesome town. That shouldn’t mean you have to leave all of our amazing vendors. So our website was born!
Each vendor lists their items for sale here on the website and then they ship directly to you! As unique as our vendors our, their items are equally unique. So shipping is determined by each individual for each item. If you are local, we also offer local pickup!
