We were founded in Raleigh, NC and have proudly served the surrounding areas as members of the community our entire lives.Our firm’s founder, Michael McCord, CPA, has professional experience including executive and board seat positions within the technology, real estate, biotechnology, and agriculture sectors, as well as years of experience at KPMG, one of the world’s top accounting firms, where he was responsible for assisting multibillion dollar companies with public SEC reporting. He has deep capital raising experience in a wide variety of capital structures, and extensive start-up experience spanning a diverse set of industries. His academic record includes a Bachelor’s from NC State where he graduated Valedictorian, and a Master’s from the University of Virginia. He maintains active CPA and Real Estate licenses in North Carolina.
