When Purwa Shah first accepted a job with Idolize Brows & Beauty, she never imagined that it would lead to her running her own business alongside her husband Divyesh. But now that she's signed on to become the brand's first franchisee, she can't imagine her career path leading her anywhere else. Shah was first introduced to Idolize when she started looking for a job closer to her home in Raleigh, North Carolina. She already had experience in the beauty industry--she had previously been working as an esthetician at another spa. However, when she accepted a position as the manager of one of Idolize's corporately owned locations, she realized that she had walked into something completely unique. That's why this summer, the Shahs signed on to become the brand's first franchisees.
