The Coaticook golf club offers a superb 18-hole course that will  please everyone maintained by François Pelletier and his team. This  par 72 course offers unique challenges with interesting greens, drawn paths  , water hazards and sand traps. Visit us and have  a chance to admire the view from the 18th hole.

The Coaticook Golf Club, proudly located on the heights of the city, has welcomed fans of this sport for 55 years. The foundation of the club dates back to 1960, when a group of Coaticookois applied for accreditation. This request will lead to the acquisition of a charter authorizing the opening of a golf course in 1962. The first ball was struck on June 24, 1962 on the 9 holes installed rue Merrill, at the exit of the city. At that time, it only cost $ 1 to play nine holes. After 20 paid games, a player automatically obtained their membership card for the summer. At the time, the Golf Club had a 9-hole course. In order to make an 18 hole, the golfer had to play on a principle of 3 times 6: play three times six holes, which led him to make a regular game.

The course was extended in 1991 to form the terrain we know today. By adding the 9 new holes, the club could afford to welcome a larger number of players daily and at more regular intervals: players not passing twice on the same hole.

The first chalet was built in 1962. The building was subsequently enlarged and renovated several times to become what we know today. Despite its numerous renovations, the chalet has retained its origins. We can think of the hardwood floor installed during the construction of the building, which resurfaced during the 2006 expansion: it had been covered with carpets for some time.

The last enlargements and refurbishments of the chalet were carried out in the winters of 2006-2007, making it possible to accommodate larger events as well as a greater number of guests. The renovations to the basement have made it possible to provide more comfortable spaces for players. In addition, in winter 2013, new renovations to the kitchen and the bar were carried out. These offer a better layout of the facilities to improve the speed and quality of the catering service. The bar is more spacious and can also accommodate a larger number of people at the same time. In 2014, a new lounge-style room was added to allow golfers to have a drink or a bite in peace.
