Wyldewood Golf and Country Club opened in 1963 and has since undergone extensive upgrade and renovation. In 2002, the routing of the Par 71 course was changed as well as being lengthened to 6500 yards. All changes were designed to preserve the spacious, natural setting while ensuring an inviting and challenging test of golf.
The course at Wyldewood Golf and Country Club is designed to offer a skill-testing 4 1/2 hour round of golf. Its lush fairways, well-groomed putting surfaces and the meandering 16 Mile Creek create the ideal combination for scenic and enjoyable golf. Wyldewood Golf and Country Club has been the venue of such events as the RCGA’s Canadian University Championship, the Ontario PGA Senior Summer Championship, and it serves as an annual qualifying site of the Golf Association of Ontario Amateur Championship.
