Brockville Highland Golf Club

Not valid with any other offer!

The Guy family welcomes you to the Highland Golf Club. We are located in Brockville, Ontario just north of the 401. We are Brockville’s oldest eighteen-hole golf course and one of eastern Ontario’s best. Whether you are a beginner or expert, the Highland Golf Club offers a challenging, well-manicured, tree-lined course everyone will enjoy.
The Highland takes great pride in the scenic layout of the course, it has a variety of open and narrow fairways lined with older trees and shrubs, while sand traps and water hazards lie in between. Built-in July 1964 it opened as a nine-hole course and enlarged to an eighteen in June 1970. Your first impression when you see the course is that it looks open, so a golfer should not get into much trouble. Then as you approach the first tee off and see how tall the trees are that border the fairways and back of the greens, you know a challenge has been laid out before you. As you proceed through the course you will truly appreciate the contours, slopes and settings the highland has to offer. The groundskeepers maintain the tee-offs, fairways and greens by constantly fertilizing and watering them so they will always be in great condition.
The Highland Golf Club are members of the Golf Association of Ontario (GAO) and the National Golf Course Owner Association, found at Golfmax. The rules of the OGA apply here and we subscribe to their computerized handicapping system. Membership is open to everyone and tournaments are open to all members.
The Highland is a semiprivate club that caters to the public as well as members. The Club takes pride in offering a wide variety of programs the whole family will enjoy. We have a Men’s Executive, Ladies Executive, Seniors League and Twilight League. When you are in need of equipment, club repair or you want to be fitted for a new set of custom made clubs go next door to Dunner’s Custom Clubs.
There are no tee-off times required during the week, but they are required on weekends and legal holidays, call Friday after 11:00 am to reserve. Electric carts are available, but please call in advance to reserve. The Highland has a licensed Clubhouse where refreshment, snacks and golf accessories are made available. If you wish to see an enlarged map of the highland just click on the graphic. So whatever your golfing pleasure, please come in and talk to Carol or Cathy and they will be happy to take care of all your golfing needs.
