Upper Lansdowne started as a 9 hole course designed by one of Ohio’s most renowned golf course architects, Jack Kidwell, in 1961. In 1995 Kidwell revisited the course accompanied by Mike Hurdzan and designed another 9 holes. This was one of Kidwell’s last projects before retirement.
Upper Lansdowne was purchased by Shayne and Lisa Freeman in 2010, a couple who loves the game of golf and saw the untapped potential of Upper Lansdowne.
Upper Lansdowne has a lot to offer including a driving range, practice green, fully stocked pro shop, snack bar, beverage cart and shelter house.
