Meadowwood Golf Course features an 18-hole layout that follows the contours of the undulating fairways and greens from start to finish. Sand, water and rough come into play on almost all of Meadowwood’s holes. This Scottish style course will challenge golfers at every level of play. Meadowwood is consistently ranked among the top 10 public courses in Washington state. This is a mostly open course, but the rough that borders the fairways is extremely long and thick. There are some trees, sand bunkers, and water hazards coming into play throughout the entire course. Golf Digest rated this course as the 9th Best Public Course in the state for 1996. The front nine is slightly mounded, and the back nine features two large hills on the finishing holes. The greens are large, undulating, and have medium speed. The signature hole is #16, a 607-yard, par 5, playing uphill all the way to the green, which is protected by a large sand bunker in front.
